1. Submit Your Request

Browse our homes and send us your preferred dates using our Request Availability form.

2. Personal Reservation Review

We'll personally confirm availability, answer your questions, and send you a customized quote for your stay.

3. Secure Your Reservation

Once you decide to book:

• Sign your Rental Agreement

• Submit your reservation deposit and required payment

• Receive your reservation confirmation

Your reservation is officially secured once these steps are complete.

4. Prepare for Your Arrival

Before your arrival, you'll receive:

• Your Welcome Guide

• Property address

• Check-in instructions

• Resort information

• Local recommendations

• Our contact information should you need anything during your stay

5. Self Check-In

Upon confirmation of your reservation and receipt of the required payment and deposit, we'll email you the unique access code for the secure lockbox located at your vacation home.

Inside you'll find:

• Your house keys

• Resort access information (if applicable)

• Everything you need to begin your stay at your own pace

No waiting. No office check-in. Arrive whenever it's convenient for you.

6. Enjoy Your Arizona Getaway

Relax, explore Sunflower Resort, and make yourself at home.
